Some of the progressmade toDecember 31, 2013 includes the following:
Workload studies:
In compliance with the agreement of the Board of Directors
during Ordinary Session N° 4751-304 in the month of October and
modified through Ordinary Session N° 4764-317 of December, 2013,
Management was instructed to perform a workload study. This process
excluded positions in Medical Services, Security and Surveillance,
Inspectors and SAS Professionals, invoicing, and other tasks that weaken
control or increase risks for the company, prior approval from the Board
of Directors.
A)
The Advisory Council created a committee ledby theDepartment
of Process Management in coordination with the Department of
Human Talent Management, to procure an external contract.
B)
The processes for the workload study involve 179 employees,
located in various working centers.
C)
The study of proposals presented by FUNDATEC and CICAP is
pending, in order to develop the project.
