The sumof total sales of diesel and gasoline accounted for 72.38%of the
total sold by RECOPE in 2014. The products which increased their sales in the category
of domestic sales, relative to 2013were diesel 2.33%premiumgasolinewith 8.38%,
LPG with 13.52%and Asphalt AC-30 with 6.92%.
ICE (thermal factor) category only total diesel increased by 355.25%over
the previous period.
Analysis of sales by products
Diesel
Total diesel sales (Diesel 50 + Diesel high sulfur) in the year 2014
represented 37.58% (1,160,401 m3) in the domestic market, it being the product
with highest sales for RECOPE. This represents an increase of 3.16% (35,549 m3)
with regards to the previous year. This increase resulted from purchases by ICE, which
is the main consumer of this product for generating thermal energy in the country.
Diesel sales to ICE (thermal factor) in the fourth quarter of 2014 were 79,547 m³,
representing a 2.58% share of the total sold by RECOPE.
The economic sectors increased their sales of diesel, for the fourth
quarter of 2014 compared to 2013 were the stations with 1.93%, the electricity, gas
