ASSURANCE
QUALITY
RECOPE has a quality assurancemanagement system composed
of testing and calibration laboratories; the goal is to ensure the
quality of products that RECOPE supplies to the country by
carrying out laboratory tests, assessing the performance of
measurement systems and calibrating of equipment.
INTE-ISO/IEC 17025:2005 regulations are used as a foundation
to establish management and technical requirements for the
implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management
System. These regulations include establishment of procedures,
training human resources, documenting rehearsals and
calibrations, as well as executing internal audits focused on
monitoring absolute norm compliance.
The Isosystem software tool facilitates the implementation of
these activities; there were substantial improvements in 2012
as the supplier provided a new version of this software (called
SE SUITE 1.2). A launch group was conformed and this initiative
gave way to the first accredited digital documentation system
in the country. This group was responsible for:

Training themselves as administrative users.
•
Configuring and parameterizing the documentation, training,
and audits modules.
•
Uploadingmasterdata tablesaccordingtoguidelines regarding
document type, existing center or laboratory, headquarters,
digital signature, system security, printing centers, permits, etc.
•
Loading the database with all the direction´s documents
(accredited and non-accredited), procedures, tests, instructions,
records, external documents, fundamental norms and system
manuals with their respective versions.
•
Training each laboratory´s functional users.
•
Developing safety manuals and operation and emergency
protocols.
•
Testing.
•
Implement system management level, stage intense, aspects
of digital signature, document printing, copying and relational
matrix controlled management system.
Subsequently created and included 3 new documents and
63 new releases, with access to all users in charge of the
construction, modernization and consultation of technical
and administrative documentation management system.
Additionally, a total of 8 quality audits and staff were trained in
the new versions of the documentation.
