these have become a family
legacy and an adjustment in line
with the countries and the world´s
technological
pace.
Through
the use of Internet, electronic
payments are administered along
with many other procedures
that streamline the traffic of
information and services.
Nowadays there is a greater
concern
regarding
the
presentation
of
service
stations and the expertise of
its collaborators with regards
to technical aspects, safety and
customer
service
(ensuring
the safety of the station and its
surroundings). Many services
station companies have grown
and opened new stores, allowing
greater accessibility to fuels in
remote areas of the country.
We are proud to recognize that
a good part of this knowledge
has been passed on by RECOPE
through seminars and lectures in
various parts of the country, thus
contributing to improve quality
and customer service.
We must not dismiss the service
station´s technical growth and
the development in infrastructure
that has occurred as a result of
trainings conducted by RECOPE
in: industrial safety, occupational
health,
customer
service,
knowledge of fuel and oil markets,
and technical procedures for
loading and unloading fuel.
There is now a greater overall
knowledge with regards to the
application of “best practices”
in
fuel
management
and
administration of service stations.
The specialization of this guild
can be appreciated overtime.
Even in regions that are very
far away from the Gran Área
Metropolitana (GAM), we find
