To December 31, 2013, the modified budget for the
project is ¢224.44 million and ¢74.02 million has been executed
(33.0%).
Loading docks in Moín, with very slow progress from the
contractor, who has requested several extensions to the contract
and, thus, has been presented before the courts of justice. At
the end of the year, testing was being performed on electrical
connections, control instruments in the field, control servers C300,
while waiting for the TAS software installation in the servers.
This project had advanced 95% for December 31, 2013. Budget
execution totaled ¢1,745.09 million out of a modified budget to
December 31, 2013 of ¢2,390.51 million.
The Fire System in III Phase of the Refinery presented a
budget execution of ¢100.02 million to December 31, 2013, out
of a modified budget of ¢107.88 million. Works were ongoing
during 2013 and are being prepared for final receipt.
The filtering system and Izarco,
pipeline bridge
was concluded with a budget execution of ¢609.29 million, to
December 31, 2013 out of a modified budget of ¢843.60 million.
Regarding the filtering system, the Construction Department and
the user area issued observations on design, which are pending
incorporation.
By December 31, 2013, the

Airport terminal
had entered the operational
adjustments phase for two months (December 2013
and January 2014), worked jointly with the contractor.
This phase includes the application of the necessary
corrections or adjustments, staff training, as well as
operational and startup testing. The total approximate
cost is US$17 million. The modified budget to
December 31, 2013 is ¢6,359.36 million, out of which
¢5,896.74 million has been executed.
Minor works in the Moín Refinery
terminal.
To December 31, 2013, the modified
budget for the project is ¢3,751.50 million and
¢1,672.05 million has been executed (34.7%). Cleaning
and external paintwork is in progress, as well as
disassembling the tanks, installing the vapor traps
in the asphalt areas and the reconstruction of the
ceiling in the maintenance shops. Other preventive
maintenance works included coating of the pylons in
the docks, remodeling of the entrance bridge to the
dining hall. Other works in progress include asphalt on
the access roads to the Refinery, restoration of metal
structures, replacement of ducts in the air conditioning
system in the buildings, and internal cleaning of the
interchanger ducts.
