The following projects are still in progress:
Procurement system
Some the substantive work activities include
planning, procurement, storage and distribution
of stock materials, as well as the procurement
processes for the acquisition of goods, services and
works necessary for the adequate development and
operation of all the company departments.
It is important to say that Management
set the goal of developing the procurement process
through public bids in less than six months and the
abbreviated bids in less than four months, which has
been executed satisfactorily.
Updating the Vulnerability Study for the
National Pipeline System.
Study to determine the needs for human
resources in the security and surveillance
areas.
Execution of services contracted for the
valuation of assets.
Sale of some non-strategic properties.
Regulation, allocation and use of cellular
telephone services.
Creation of timetables for documentation.
