Licentiate in Mechanical Engineering from UCR, with
a Master´s Degree in Development Projects Management for
Desarrollo del Instituto Centroamericano de Administración
Pública (ICAP). Also, she is a professor in the Faculty of Mechanical
Engineering at UCR. She has developed her professional career
in RECOPE as engineer in the design, inspection and planning
field within the Engineering Department and has executed a
distinguished job as chief of the LPG Storage System Project
(SAGAS) for the Development Department.
