This document perfectly exemplifies how RECOPE
is constantly and actively seeking to adopt new
forms of digital media in compliance with our “Zero
Paper” policy. Institutional memories are instruments
through which an organization can disclose the
different actions done during the period, but more
importantly, they allow the company to reveal and
make known their efforts to the general public and
their target audiences.
The results of the fundamental management
procedures that oversee international procurement
logistics, distribution and bulk sales, and other
development undertakings related to the investment
plan, are detailed in Part I of this document. In
addition, this section also lists all the activities
associated with RECOPE’s core business pillars,
which include importation, manufacturing, and
bulk distribution of fuel, naphtha and asphalt. This
allows RECOPE to accomplish its responsability
established by its constitutional law and to meet
domestic demand, without compromising the
country’s energy security.
In order to better understand RECOPE’s business
activities, one must also understand the context
of the company’s operations, which – with regard
to import management – are based on market
behavior.
Similarly, this section discloses how the investment
plan and the company’s distribution and sale
activities have expanded, from a literal and
budgetary perspective, allowing RECOPE to fulfill
its mission statement: to meet domestic demand
