The Audit Committe of Refinadora Costarricense
de Petróleo S.A. (RECOPE) was first established
in December 18th, 2013, through a corporate
resolution passed by the Board of Directors in
ordinary session #4764-317.
It is governed by the provisions set forth in the
Corporate Governance Regulations of the General
Superintendency of Securities – passed in 2009
– wherein it stipulates that entities engaged in
the public offering of securities are required to
