In addition, thanks to the efforts
of a team of officials from the
Department of Customer Service,
the Customer Experience Center
(CEC) and Information Technology
(DTI) it is now possible to execute
SAP Sales Statistics supported by
the Business Intelligence module
(BI).
This effort involved severalmonths
of preparation and testing, and
now replaces the software that
supported the Customer Service
Department in generating sales
statistics for many years (Fox
ORACLE systems) to make way
for a modern system that reduces
the complexity in the processes of
data extraction, certification and
loading suitable applications for
the execution of the statistics.
The
Customer
Service
Department, the Administration
and Finance Management, the
Senior Management and the
authorities that govern us, benefit
today from a new information
service.
