and being a company that serves
all Costa Ricans, it can be said that
RECOPE has fulfilled expectations
efficiently
and
effectively.
Since its creation RECOPE has
acted with responsibility when
exercising diverse administrative
functions, technical and material
proceedings,
and
formal
activities as part of its role as
the administrator of the state
monopoly on the import, refining
and distribution of crude oil and
its derivatives, in compliance with
the constitutional principles of
administrative responsibility.
