with the Ministerio de Salud in
fumigation in areas affected by
the dengue mosquito in Limon
and Puntarenas.
Also, for more than a decade
RECOPE has donated computer
equipment and furniture to
schools as schools throughout
the country, which has become
an important contribution to
the education of children and
youth. Both schools, like schools,
the greater metropolitan area, as
Limón, Talamanca mainly, Matina,
Limoncito neighborhood, among
many other rural areas, have
benefited.
In Limón, with the opening of
the Sports Facilities by the year
1986, RECOPE opened the doors
to the community, specifically
surrounding populations such as
Liverpool, Villa del Mar, and other
districts of the province, including
churches, schools and organized
associations.
RECOPE has been a strategic
company for the country in
various fields such as political,
economic, social, environmental
control,
academic
support,
research and best tax collector for
the government. Likewise it gives
support for development of their
workers.
