The fourth objective is to develop
all
company
projects
and
operations in an environmentally
friendlymanner.Thefifthobjective
focuses on career development,
the creation of a virtual university
and the growth and actualization
of Human Resources.
The last three objectives are: to
develop a culture of customer
service, to promote research
and development in biofuels
and to carry out operational,
administrative and construction
activities in line with safety
standards,
thus
maintaining
a culture of comprehensive
protection to workers in all
required levels.
The 2010-2014 Strategic Plan
was approved by a Board of
Director´s
resolution
during
Ordinary Session at RECOPE #
4495-48, on Wednesday the 27th
of October, 2010, thus formalizing
the agreement adopted in article
# 6, in ordinary session # 4450-3,
of the 19th of May, 2010, which
approved the guidelines of a new
corporate vision.
The goal of the Strategic Plan
of 2010-2014 is to establish
measurable business goals that
serve as objectives and references
for managers, directors and
department heads to evaluate at
least twice a year.
Under this strategic development
perspective is that it raises
the mission and vision of the
company.

To provide the country with the
fuel required and promote the
country´s development, through the
administration of the State monopoly
for the importation, refinement and
wholesale distribution of fuels, asphalt and
naphtha.
