Management of goods and services
Staff training was completed in matters regarding public procurement,
which contributes to risk management in the Human Resources area.
Security
In the Security and Surveillance area, an action plan was generated,
aiming at improving gunmanagement. Within themost relevant aspects, the following
three implementation actions should be noted:
Response from theMinistry of Public Security is still pending for a request
in training involving public security issues, as presented by the President of RECOPE.
a)
Review and update of the legal framework regarding guns and explosives.
b)
Preparation of the Procedure Manuals for Gun Control and management of
resources for its implementation.
c)
Signingof confidentiality contracts by thirdparties (gun suppliers andothers)
in coordination with the Legal Department and the Procurement Department.
