In 2014, the software version was updated to a corporate version, which
allows more platform security. Also, new sites were created, allowing management
and storage of electronic and digital corporate files for General management, Board of
Directors Records, the Development Department and the departments for Operations,
Goods and Services, Customer Files – Sales, and information migrated to Alfresco. For
the year 2015, the Planning Department and Human Resources will also be integrated
into the system.
Protocol for installationanddigital signature requirements (PAD)
This was established at a corporate level with the goal of decreasing the
use of paper, simplifying procedures and increase availability to all staff of electronic
forms used for various processes and existing paperwork within RECOPE, which are
electronically signed. Also, in the year 2014, the system was strengthened with the
purchase and installation of 70 tablets for capturing handwritten signatures in digital
documents, and the protocol and installation manual was prepared.
IntegratedMedical Services System
It provides support for medical centers and health service operations for
staff, contributing to management of actions and efficient use of health information
and patient files.
Redmine Projects Management
This solution allows managing multiple projects with one interphase
on a navigator window, allowing each project to be configured differently from the
rest and the user plays a different role in each one. The projects can be defined as
private, where the Administrator can grant access to each member, or public, where
the information is visible for all users. In 2014, the pilot phase was executed and in
2015 it was established as a formal requirement for IT project management.
GIS Services in Recopenet, digital maps and GIS improvements
The base software was updated for this application, enabling services in
the cloud and the first steps towards mobility were taken, allowing functionality in
tablets used by operators working on the field.
With this tool, updated digital information can be obtained regarding the
infrastructure in the national system for fuel distribution. It has an open platform for
sharing geographical and spatial data, for the creation of dynamic maps that allow
accessible data from anywhere, from a navigator or a mobile device.
Regarding technological facilities, CGP (Center for Payment Management
– integrationwith SIG-SAP and SINPE) softwarewas updated, as well as the automated
accounts conciliation, to address the needs generated by the PetroWeb business
platform.
