Added value of the Internal Audit in Corporate Management
during the year 2014
The main task performed by the Internal Audit is to independently assess
management, control and risks processes, as well as to evaluate the effectiveness
of plans and programs undertaken by management in compliance with corporate
objectives and goals. The Internal Auditing has, a strategic plan is formulated, which
contains the Auditable Universe Based on Risk, linked to the Corporate Strategic Plan.
Below, there is the most relevant contributions generated for the year
2014 regarding corporate management are presented, as a result of the work plans
contained in the Strategic RECOPE Audit 2013-2015 Plan.
Management
Purchasing.
Recommendations were issued to improve planning, supervision and
control of the purchasing procedures related with the Information Technology
Department.
Vacant positions and fixed positions occupied by temporary personnel
Compliance with guidelines regarding vacant positions is recommended
and to advice departments about the procedures to be followed, maintaining
information updated and available for decision making.
