The role of the administrator of the Computer
Support Unit of the Department of Sales and
Distribution, the technological infrastructure that
oversees the industrial works in El Alto plant and
storage site, and its connection to the IT Service
Continuity Plan, were reviewed, in addition to
the documentation of administrative, operating
and maintenance activities in the Arai network to
ensure safety.

event logbooks, data backup, and the possibility
to submit the storage equipment to vulnerability
testing (EVA).
Management of the Department of Safety
and Security’s surveillance camera system;
destruction of company identity cards of

of user lists of the company’s various computer
software.
