Additionally, the electronic signature was enforced
thru digital pads in the merchandise receipt and
dispatching areas.
Overall, 68 orders with 1988 lines were made and
78 technical recommendations studies, with a
¢1,122,616,283.19 adjudicated amount, including
both warehouses at Limón and El Alto.
A 97.24% level of service was accomplished
in connection with the dispatched lines (a total
of 36,758 lines in both of the warehouses). The
reliability index of the inventories reached a 96.70%
average, while the rotation index was of 0.39%.
TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT
Vehicle management and maintenance
control
In June 2015, SAP launched a new feature:
Plant Maintenance (PM). This new application
component allows users to control costs related to
Distribution Management. Implementing this new

An update to the supplier’s registration procedure
was made, as well as a proposal to make the
corresponding changes in the Procedure for the
Evaluation of suppliers of the non-ordinary activity.
Moreover, an adjustment was made to RECOPE’s
online provider enrollment requirements. The
latter were unified in coordination with the Legal
Department.
In the case of the procurement procedures, the
terms of reference for the supply of goods were
revised and updated, as well as the supply and
installation terms, and the terms for low budget
works and services. The bidding rules for the
supply of goods in public tenders were elaborated
under the “on demand” mechanism, as well as the
low budget terms for on demand procurement for
services.
Lectures were organized in the warehouse on topics
such as substance managing, basic equipment and
accident management, as well as well in subjects
such as values and motivation. The safety sheet
of all products and materials was examined and
